When you join the waitlist, we may collect:

• Your business or company name, fleet size and ABN (if you provide it)
• Freight categories and operating areas you select
• Marketing attribution data such as UTM parameters, referrer URL and the time you submitted the form

We use waitlist information to:

• Manage your place on the carrier waitlist and contact you about launch
• Understand carrier demand by region and freight type
• Improve our website and pre-launch communications
• Meet legal, regulatory or security requirements where applicable

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us run the website and store data (for example, hosting and database providers), but only so they can perform those services for us and subject to appropriate safeguards.

You can ask us for access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. You may also withdraw marketing consent or ask us to delete your waitlist entry, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain certain records.
